There is a large variety of Regalia and Jewels for all Degrees which are not included on this site because of individual requirements and specifications or because of their comparitive rarity. Please enquire for anything else you may require.
Equipment, paraphernalia and furnishings
All items needed by Lodges, Chapters, Preceptories, Conclaves, etc, either by way of furniture, banners, books, chain collars or any multitudinous items required in the ceremonies can be supplied at competitive prices.
Alterations and renovations
Alterations to regalia consequent upon promotions, etc, can be carried out provided the condition of the regalia so permits. Price depends upon the amount of work involved. Return postage is always chargeable.
Delivery charges
There will be a Standard Delivery charged by weight of item to an address in the U.K.
- Up to 100g - £2.99
- 500g – 1000g – £4.99
- 2000g – 4000g – £7.99
- Up to 5Kg - £9.99
- Overseas Deliveries will be charged at the current rate at the time of dispatch
Payment
Payment is due at time of purchase unless other specific terms have been agreed in writing.
Deposit
The right to demand a deposit before putting any work in hand is reserved.
Methods of Payment
- CHEQUES - Made payable to DMC Regalia
- POSTAL OR MONEY ORDERS - As above.
- CREDIT CARD - We accept Visa, Access, American Express and Switch.
- PAYPAL- We accept Paypal Payment on our website
- ESTABLISHED CREDIT ACCOUNTS - Payment is nett 30 days and title of goods will pass to the buyer on payment only of the full purchase price.
Cancellations
Stock items returned as not required or incorrectly ordered will be subject to a cancellation charge to cover postage and adminstration costs.
Specification
Whilst regalia and jewels supplied adhere to the constitution or established practice, minor changes in materials used or methods of manufacture may be made according to availability or other circumstances.
Prices
Any price is liable to alteration without notice and goods will be charged at prices ruling on date of despatch. Any changes in VAT rates will be applied as required by law.
Exports
VAT refunds
Where goods are collected and paid for in the UK and then taken to an overseas country, a refund for VAT can be arranged by completing a VAT form 407 for which a charge of £10.00 is levied; a minimum order value for such transactions is £200 or more. This is not applicable to E.C. residents travelling within the E.C.
Overseas orders
When orders are received from overseas, we will advise you, by means of a proforma invoice, the total value of goods ordered including all post, packing and insurance charges unless other arrangements are made.UK VAT RATES ARE NOT APPLICABLE EXCEPT WITHIN THE E.C.
